Important Updates:

• First up, Ink Master Season 16 premieres today on Paramount+, and we’re thrilled to have several Mad Rabbit artists competing this season! Follow along with us as Mad Rabbit Pro Artists Pony Lawson and Alena Wedderburn, and Sponsored Artist Jade Olivia, showcase their incredible talent. Who do you have, the OGs or the Young Guns?

• Looking ahead to Monday, we’re excited to launch our new 4% Numbing Cream–a maximum-strength, fast-acting formula with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Whether you're tattooing or getting tattooed, this cream will be your new go-to.
  
  Starting Monday, the Tiny Tattoo Set (Numbing Cream & Balm Stick) and the New Tattoo Set (Numbing Cream & Soothing Gel) bundles will include this updated formulation. We’ll continue to sell the current single SKU formula until it’s out of stock, so you can still pick it up while supplies last.

Your Dashboard: The Money Machine

Your Ambassador Dashboard isn’t just a pretty face; it’s your ticket to commission mastery! Here’s what you can do:

• Your Summary: Check out your Total Sales, Commission Earned, and Point Balance. Click “See Details” for a breakdown of your sales—like a financial report but way cooler!

• $ Earned Tab: Get the lowdown on your payment history and access your digital wallet. Who doesn’t love digital cash?

• Points Earned Tab: See all the challenges you’ve crushed and how many extra points you’ve racked up.
  
  
• Discount Info: Right under the “Your Summary” section you’ll find your discount code and discount link, plus learn how to create product-specific links to boost those recommendations.

Misc Updates:

• Instead of the usual PayPal payout, you’ll now receive an SMS notification with a link to “access your payout.” You’ll also see this notification in your Ambassador dashboard. Here’s what you need to do:
• Click the link in your SMS or dashboard notification.
• Register with the Dots platform—don’t worry, it’s quick and painless.
• Choose how you want to receive your commission and set your preferred payment method. Easy peasy!

Sponsored Artist Feature - Luis Velasquez, a dedicated tattoo artist at Mimik Tattoo in Indian Trail, NC, has been a true embodiment of passion and hard work since the beginning of his career. His journey started as a young boy when his love for art and tattoos was sparked by a single moment at the age of 10—when he saw a tattoo on his uncle’s arm. That moment stayed with him, and by 2003, he found himself working at his first tattoo studio in Lima, Peru. The studio, JJPaul, became his training ground where he learned everything about tattooing and body piercing. His drive to expand his knowledge soon took him to Brazil, where he trained in piercing and received a life-changing gift: his first tattoo machine from a close friend.

After honing his craft across different studios in Lima, Luis co-founded his own shop in the Miraflores district—a major milestone in his career. Luis’ growth as an artist has been fueled by an unshakable commitment to self-improvement. His skills in neotraditional, neoanime, black & grey, and realism have earned him recognition in the industry, with his proudest achievement being first place in the neotraditional category at a major convention in 2020, where he completed a full sleeve piece.

Luis has a deep love for the artistry of tattooing, but what he cherishes most is the reaction of his clients when they see their finished tattoo. For him, there’s no greater reward than seeing the joy and satisfaction in their faces. His humility and kindness have made him not only a respected artist but a valued member of the Mad Rabbit family. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Luis at a convention, where his dedication and polite nature truly stood out. He’s always been focused on his craft and continues to push himself, all while remaining incredibly grounded.

Currently, Luis is working on several long-term projects, including four detailed back pieces that showcase his versatility as an artist. And beyond the tattoos, he’s working on opening his own studio in Charlotte—a huge step for his career that he’s excited to share with his followers soon.

A loyal fan of Mad Rabbit, Luis never tattoos without using the Pro Tattoo Glide, which helps keep his clients’ skin soft and moisturized during the session. Post-tattoo, he swears by the Repair Soothing Gel to aid in quick healing.

Luis believes that for aspiring tattoo artists, the key is to never stop drawing and never stop believing in yourself. The journey may be challenging, but the reward is worth every step.
