Great question - depending on where you are in your tattoo journey, we recommend different products.

Before your tattoo appointment
Numbing Cream with Menthol : Apply to clean, dry skin at least 60 minutes before your session to help numb pain receptors before appointment. Wipe clean right before procedure.

After getting a new tattoo
New Tattoo Repair Patches : Use day 1 - 3  - Gently attach the patch on the tattoo area and secure edges to ensure proper adhering. The patch can be used for up to 6-8 hours. Upon removal, wet the patch with warm water- ensure it fully saturates as moisture is important in removing patch.
Tattoo Soothing Gel : Use day 1 - 21 - Squeeze to dispense a generous amount of Soothing Gel to cover the area. Swipe on and gently massage in a circular motion until you’ve got a smooth layer on top of your skin. Reapply at least once a day post-treatment while your ink is in repair mode.
New Tattoo Wash : Use day 1 - 14 - This the perfect cleansing addition to your new tattoo aftercare routine. It's a clean, gently foaming soap wash infused with naturally antibacterial botanicals that supports new tattoos recovery process by gently eliminating impurities and debris without compromising the skin. Pairs well with the Soothing Gel and New Tattoo Repair Patches

Start by logging in.  After logging in, select "Manage subscriptions" to skip or cancel upcoming orders.  If you do not have an account yet, simply create one with the same email address you used to place your original order and you'll automatically see a "Manage subscriptions" button on your account page.
 Mad Rabbit will automatically renew your Subscription and charge your Payment Method depending on the Subscription shipping frequency picked by you and, as authorized by you by agreeing to the automatic renewal of your Subscription during the Subscription sign-up process. 

Your Payment Method will be charged on the date your order ships. We will charge your Payment Method with the applicable cost for your Subscription, along with any shipping and handling costs and sales or similar taxes that may be charged with your Subscription. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your Subscription. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a recurring basis (depending on the Membership and Box shipping frequency selected) until you cancel. From time-to-time Mad Rabbit may change its Subscription offerings, policies or frequency in which case you will be notified.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time from the Account page on the Mad Rabbit website. To cancel a Subscription, click on “Manage Subscriptions” link on the page, then follow instructions towards cancellation.  Cancellation requests submitted in this manner must be received at least one full business day prior to your next shipping date to avoid being charged for that order. Cancellation requests received by Mad Rabbit through other channels may take up to five (5) business days to process. If you have any problems, please email us at help@madrabbit.com.

If you do not have an account on Mad Rabbit yet, simply create one with the same email address you used to place your original order and you will see a "Manage Subscriptions" button on your account page. Canceling your Subscription will prevent only future orders from processing but will not cancel any orders previously charged.  Any subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund or cancellation after they have been shipped.

We ship everywhere in the United States, Puerto Rico, and all US territories. We also ship internationally.

In 3-5 business days domestic or 7-10 business days international. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website.

If you are not satisfied, you may return the products within 30 days of delivery. We will not accept them after this window. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are returned to us. Please make sure the name and order number are included in the package to prevent delays.

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
